The Videoconferencing Platform is a service provided by the General Secretariat of the Council (GSC) and accessed via the internet. The GSC cannot guarantee the security or privacy of any electronic communications in which you participate.

All conferences or meetings in this Platform are to be considered private. You shall not record or publish any part, video, audio or image of the conference or of the content presented or shared therein, unless there is explicit agreement from all the conference participants.

You are responsible for all activities that you undertake on this Platform. You shall not publish, post, upload, link to, or otherwise distribute any Content that:

• Infringes or violates any copyright or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any other entity
• Infringes or violates any rights of publicity or privacy or any entity
• Violates any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation.

Misuse, unauthorised access or use for any illegal purposes is prohibited and may result in legal prosecution.
